After my run I decided to treat myself to some of my favorite junk food, mac and cheese, while I iced my shins and watched some holiday TV. Please excuse my crazy slippers-if your a nerd like me you might get the joke: they're supposed to be Freud. Get it? Freudian slips?... Anyways, while I don't recommend the junk food as a healthy addition to your life, I think rewarding yourself is really important to keep you motivated. How do you keep motivated? What are your favorite post-run treats? I could right an entire book on my junk-food addiction, but we won't go there.
