Before I go, I thought I'd share a few of my goals for 2012, since it is the new year!
- Run in at least 12 races - No big surprise here. I love races!
- Run at least 400 miles - If I don't have a major running vacation (ie quitting for 2 months again), this should be a reachable goal.
- Blog more often - When I quit running, I also quit blogging for a while, but I'm determined not to let that happen again.
- Stress less - I'm a worrier and I let the little things get to me too much sometimes. In 2012 I want to take more time to relax and do things like yoga and meditation to help with some of the stress.
